The Lawyer Firm fees are defined on the basis of obtaining the full information and on mutual obligations, depending on the following elements, according to our professional practice:
time devoted to the case
- the nature and complexity of the case
- your financial position
- importance of the expenses and taxes of the Firm
According to the circumstances, the Firm will offer you a contractual fee or the fee on the spent time on the basis of hourly payment, according to the written agreement on remuneration, which precisely fixes a financial framework of the case.
In any case, the sum of remuneration is determined in coordination with the client.
